NISADE, founded in 2006 is a fully integrated Development and Property Management business operating in the ski fields of Hokkaido. It has grown to become one of the largest and most successful providers of development and property management in the Niseko Region with its presence now spreading to Rusutsu and Furano.

Hirafu (Niseko)

Niseko is best known as an International Ski Resort with unbeatable powder snow and village life. In Green Season Niseko turns into peaceful oasis with comfortable temperatures and great outdoors, while basking in the views of Mt. Yotei. Great hiking, international golf courses, cycling and many more activities await you.

Rusutsu

In winter a ski resort offering the powder without a crowd but with a fairy tale touch. In summer it transforms into an active and thriving theme park, with access to plentiful of activities and experiences. Do you want to spend your summer popping on a rollercoaster in your free time?

Furano

Located in Central Hokkaido Furano has good links to Sapporo and Asahikawa while keeping its Japanese town charm. In summer you'll enjoy being close to sightseeing wonders such as the Furano lavender fields, Daisetsuzan National Park and multiple waterfalls.
