A belated Happy New Year from Nisade, its been a hectic but highly rewarding start to 2008.

The Nisade team has been immersed in the finishing touches and launch of The Setsumon and The Freshwater within the same month. The 12th January was a busy day for NISADE as we also launched our second project The Freshwater well ahead of the scheduled opening date of the 31st January 2008.

Taking a different approach The Freshwater team worked with the land shape to create a symbolic building for the entry to the village and ensured the building will endure in Hifaru as a positive addition to the streetscape. The concept brief was to utilise natural materials and neutral colours complimenting its creek side location and alpine environment. Having achieved this through colour, timber and stone the builders Nakayama Gumi then focused on the warm luxury interiors.

The Freshwater features 9 apartments and 2 penthouses, plus heated car parking owner & guest storage with the whole 5th floor dedicated to the two penthouses.
